The Manitoba Arts Network is saddened to learn of the death of Taylor Mitchell, an artist listed in our 09-10 Touring Directory.  We wish to express our sincere condolences to her family, friends and loved ones at this time.

Our Performing Arts program, with Melanie J. Murray as its Coordinator, organizes block bookings for its member presenters throughout the province. This program is a resource for our members and supports opportunities for performing artists to present their work throughout Manitoba. These programs are designed to encourage the development of arts and cultural activity in rural and remote communities.
