  • The ever popular Manitoba Arts Network show, ARTmarks: A Manitoba Bookmarks Exhibition opens at The New Iceland Heritage Museum in Gimli, MB on Monday February 8, 2010. The exhibition is made up of over 80 art inspired 'bookmarks' created by Manitoba artists. Provincial libraries and other venues interested in bringing in this wonderful exhibit as part of their programming and connected activities, can contact Tim Schouten at (204) 943-0036 or tim.mbarts@mts.net. The exhibition is currently available for bookings between April 2010 and January 2011.
  • CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS - if you're a performing artist interested in touring rural and northern Manitoba. Please follow the link for more information and a printable application.
  • Manitoba Arts Network has a pleasure in introducing its new member Eastern Manitoba Artists Co-operative. The Eastern Manitoba Artists Co-op Inc (EMAC) is a Marketing Cooperative aimed to assist established and emerging artists and artisans to market their original works, increase sales, network, and further their business skills.   • Provincial and Federal Funding covers a portion of MAN's programming & services for the rural and northern communities and their arts & cultural needs. Other special project grants and sponsorships help, including donations from individuals or companies to assist in the numerous programming activities within MAN's mandate. Please see the programming options below to determine whether there is one of particular interest to you. The 'Donate Now' link is provided but you can also contact the office should you prefer to make your donation directly.

  • Frontier School Division Art Show - "This exhibit, on display from February 16th - February 26th, will feature remarkable paintings, drawings, sculptures and digital media produced by amazing young artists, 12-18 years of age, from northern Manitoba communities!" - Graffiti Gallery.
